Iris Yu is an artist born in Atlanta, GA, living and working in Connecticut.

In her work, Iris creates dramatic scenes to explore the psychological space where narratives and images are absorbed into the consciousness. Her work has been featured in Long River Review and Volta Magazine. When she isn't painting (or drawing, or printmaking), Iris enjoys watching murder mystery and heist movies, and sitting outside in a field.
